Glendale, CA:Poetry X/Change, N.d. 1st edition. Fine in wraps, with a color copy of the painting on a separate sheet, SIGNED by Blazek. These "comments" are in the form of a poem, while the "painting done by a friend" (Blazek) was actually a black and white reproduction of a painting by an unknown artist which DB clipped from a magazine, colored with felt tip pen, and sent to LaRouche in a letter. LaRouche took it to be a Blazek original. LaRouche at some point sent the poem and colored-in artwork to Darrell Kerr of Poetry X/Change who printed the poem, and an accompanying 9 1/16 x 11 1/2 in. separate sheet with the Blazek-colored painting reproduced by offset in full color. Kerr published the poem and the painting to memorialize LaRouche who had died in Cleveland. (In addition, there were 3 copies of the LaRouche poem printed and bound by Tom Kryss at the Black Rabbit Press in Cleveland, in black covers with a color drawing by Kryss on the front cover, which may or may not precede the Poetry X/Change printing.)
