Meltzer’s work followed by the separately title-paged “Poetry” by Schenker. Precedes Meltzer’s first solely-authored book RAGAS by two years. Dated (8 July 68) and INSCRIBED by Meltzer with a small drawing, “This song is bull laughter rolling pinhead blather and joy.”
