An impressionistic travel journal of “the American future.” Printed letterpress in several colors, with sixteen monoprints and illustrations springing from linocuts by the author. The large format allows for a cinematic quality, a montage of text and panoramic images, which float by or are superimposed, as though seen and heard from a passing car. One of 45 numbered copies on English handmade paper SIGNED by Kaldewey. Bound into plexiglass covers by Christian Zwang, and housed in an orange solander box lettered in silver. All elements fine.
