Very good dust jacket with a few chips and a short tear at base of spine. Designated “Publisher’s Copy” on the colophon page and SIGNED by Eshleman. As in the lettered issue, there is an original holograph poem by Eshleman penned opposite the title page. Additionally INSCRIBED by Eshleman, “Clayton Eshleman / in friendship + / gratitude to the [Black Sparrow Press] / + John Martin / March 20 / 1971.”
