Designated “Publisher’s Copy” on the colophon page and SIGNED by Meltzer with an original drawing tipped-in after the title page as in the lettered issue. Laid into this copy is a 2 November 1976 TLS from Meltzer to John Martin enthusing about the design and publication of this book.
