INSCRIBED by Axinn on the title page, “Wishing you / the best of dreams / Donald Everett Axinn.” Laid in is a promotional sheet from Grove (reprinting an interview with Axinn in the NYTimes) and a printed card from Grove printing the poem “Rachel” that has been annotated by Axinn.
