Near fine acetate dust jacket. Designated “Publisher’s Copy” on the colophon page and SIGNED by Clark. As in the lettered issue of this title, there is an original artwork by Clark tipped-in after the title page. Additionally, this copy is INSCRIBED by Clark, “For John + Barbara / all the best / Tom Santa Barbara / 9-8-80” with a small drawing and decoration in colored pencil.
